OPDC’s apartment building at 141 Robinson is in a prime location in West Oakland, within walking distance of the major Oakland hospitals, bus lines, and the Forbes Avenue and Fifth Avenue retail district as well as Pitt, CMU, and Carlow. The building has 4 efficiencies, 7 one-bedroom units, 17 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit, all remodeled in 2009, cable-ready, and with a new high-efficiency boiler system and air conditioning. Tenants have access to a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers and one free pass for private, off-street parking. There is also an on-site playground for families with young children. The monthly payment includes gas, water and sewage.

Converted from the old St. Regis School, Parkview Manor is a HUD 202, ADA compliant building for senior citizens and people with disabilities. Located at 3250 Parkview Avenue between Dawson and Frazier Street, Parkview Manor is in a prime location in South Oakland, within walking distance of Oakland’s retail district and with easy bus access to downtown and beyond. Just a few blocks from the apartment children can play at Frazier Field, a playground, and the community garden. Parkview Manor has 15 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. Tenants have access to coin-operated washer and dryers. The building also has a common room for community gatherings, bingo, and resident events. Each unit has radiant heat and air-conditioning. A partnership between OPDC and Breachmenders Ministries, Allequippa Place, located at 2561 Allequippa Street, was the first low income tax credit development in the city.  The property has since graduated out of the compliance period and is now wholly owned by OPDC.  Located on Robinson Street at the top of West Oakland, Allequippa Place has 24 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. On nice days residents can enjoy sitting on their porch deck. Nearby elementary schools—including the Campus School of Carlow University, Falk Laboratory School, and Vann Elementary School—make Robinson Street a family-friendly community. With 21 bus stops located within a quarter of a mile of the building, transit to the rest of Pittsburgh is easy. Each unit features forced air heating and a hookup for a washer and dryer, should tenants choose to install them. Tenants have access to a free pass for private, off-street parking. Water and sewage are included in the monthly payment.

The former Pacelli family mansion, donated to OPDC in support of our mission of quality affordable rental housing, is located in South Oakland at 3259 Dawson at the corner of Swinbourne Street. The Pacelli House has 5 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units and 1 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. Fourteen bus stops within a quarter of a mile of the Pacelli House make commuting easy. Tenants have access to free, private, off-street parking and coin-operated washer and dryer. The units features forced air heating. Water and sewage are included in the monthly payment.
