OPDC is in the finishing stages of redeveloping Allequippa Place, 2561 Allequippa Street, and building new construction at 2520 Wadsworth Street.  Allequippa Place was one of the first low-income housing tax credit developments in Pennsylvania, and we’re proud to maintain its affordability for years to come. Thanks to a new round of tax credits from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, currently under construction are 49 units in total: 13 three-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units, and 24 one-bedroom units.  All units will be 100% affordable. OPDC will begin accepting applications in 2018.
