CLT home currently for sale in South Oakland

The Oakland Community Land Trust is growing!

Check out this story from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette about a South Oakland resident who fell in love with the neighborhood and wished to preserve it for single-family homeowners. Since his passing, his home is being sold as part of the Oakland CLT, which will require that it remain permanently owner-occupied.
