Allequippa Place consists of recently renovated two- and three-bedroom units. 2520 Wadsworth Street is new construction that is fully ADA accessible and offers 24 one-bedroom units and 1 three-bedroom unit.

141 Robinson Street
OPDC’s apartment building at 141 Robinson has 4 efficiencies, 7 one-bedroom units, 17 two-bedroom units, and 1 three-bedroom unit, all remodeled in 2009, cable-ready, and with a new high-efficiency boiler system and air conditioning. Tenants have access to a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers and one free pass for private, off-street parking. There is also an on-site playground for families with young children. The monthly payment includes gas, water and sewage.
3259 Dawson Street
The former Pacelli family mansion, donated to OPDC in support of our mission of quality affordable rental housing, is located in South Oakland at 3259 Dawson at the corner of Swinburne Street. The Pacelli House has 5 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units and 1 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. Fourteen bus stops within a quarter of a mile of the Pacelli House make commuting easy. Tenants have access to free, private, off-street parking and coin-operated washer and dryer. The units features forced air heating. Water and sewage are included in the monthly payment.
Converted from the old St. Regis School, Parkview Manor is a HUD 202, ADA compliant building for senior citizens and people with disabilities. Located at 3250 Parkview Avenue between Dawson and Frazier Streets, Parkview Manor is in a prime location in South Oakland. Parkview Manor has 15 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. Tenants have access to coin-operated washer and dryers. The building also has a common room for community gatherings, bingo, and resident events. Each unit has radiant heat and air-conditioning. Gas, water and sewage are included in the monthly payment. Parkview Manor has a long waitlist, but it experiences some turnover.
