City Council will hear public comment on Council Bill 2024-1285, which would make substantial changes to the city’s inclusionary zoning overlay code. This bill is sponsored by Councilperson Charland. The Planning Commission reviewed this bill and voted to give it a negative recommendation on January 28. To pass it, City Council will need seven affirmative votes before sending it to the mayor for signature or veto.
