Yoga U PGH presents two free sessions (April 12 and April 19) to learn about yoga and meditation in a relaxed, friendly environment:
- Learn basic yoga poses and breathing
- Discover how yoga and meditation can provide relief from mental and physical tension
- Find out how yoga can challenge and develop your strength and balance
No experience necessary. All ages welcome! Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
Come dressed comfortably in layers and prepared to move. Yoga mats will be available.
