The homeowner has plans for an exterior renovation that goes to the HRC.
Carlow University Institutional Master Plan
Carlow will present an update on their IMP with a specific focus on community outreach, neighborhood benefits, and the 10 Year Development Plan. Carlow recently closed the 30 day comment period on their IMP and is preparing for their briefing and public hearing in front of the Planning Commission. Carlow is required to attend and present their proposal to the Registered Community Organization at least 30 days prior to the PC public hearing.
This month’s meeting serves as a required Development Activities Meeting (DAM) for both Carlow and 204 Tennyson.
