OPDC is hosting a required Development Activities Meeting. Walnut Capital is acquiring the condemned row houses located in the 3400 block of Bates Street.
Walnut Capital will present plans to demolish the buildings and plant grass. No development is proposed at this time; they will present any proposal to the community in the future.
