Development Activities Meeting: Bellefield Boiler Plant

Thanks to everyone who attended the virtual meeting on September 9. The recording is now on our YouTube channel. See “Resources” below for meeting notes.

OPDC holds public meetings to facilitate community discussion about development, policy, and topics of interest to neighbors. OPDC is a Registered Community Organization with the City of Pittsburgh.

Agenda:

The University of Pittsburgh, a member of the Bellefield Steam Plant Consortium, plans to replace a steam line in the rear of the Bellefield Boiler Plant.

This meeting serves as the official Development Activities Meeting (DAM) before the project goes for a hearing with the City of Pittsburgh Art Commission.

How to attend the meeting:

All current projects can be found on our Design Development Review page along with corresponding meeting minutes, presentations, and feedback summaries. OPDC updates this tracker at least every two weeks, but more frequently as necessary.  Click here to access the neighborhood master plan, The Oakland 2025 Master Plan

For questions about upcoming meetings or other development projects, please contact Andrea Boykowycz at 412.621.3821 x217 or aboykowycz@opdc.org.
