City Council will review Council Bill 2021-1906, which creates the Urban Center - Mixed Use (UC-MU) Zoning District and rezones multiple parcels from Residential Three-Unit Medium Density (R3-M) and Oakland Public Realm Sub-district D (OPR-D). This bill is what was formerly known as Oakland Crossings. Your public comment is needed.
