The owners of 45 Bates Street have applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment to change the property’s use from Restaurant-General to Retail Sales and Service - Limited. OPDC and the Oakcliffe Community Organization will host a hybrid community meeting in person at 294 Semple Street and online via Zoom to allow residents to learn more and provide input.
