Bigelow Blvd will close between Forbes and Fifth avenues starting at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, and will reopen Saturday, October 25, at 2:30 a.m. for the Pitt Homecoming Fireworks & Laser Show.

This event is open and available to the public.

The Fireworks and Laser show will take place on Friday, Oct. 24, at 9 p.m. for approximately 30 minutes. During that time, traffic will be blocked surrounding Schenley Plaza and Mazeroski Field.

There will also be no parking or loading allowed around Schenley Plaza starting at 6 pm and ending when the fireworks and laser show conclude.
