Oakland Business Improvement District kicks off its Oakland Winter Lights! celebration in the Forbes Plaza at the corner of Forbes and S. Bouquet, Friday evening starting at 5 p.m. with:

• Live music from Eagleburger Band

• A stilt walker is lighting up the plaza with interactive performances

• Light-up toys for everyone to get in the spirit

After the outdoor festivities, we’ll head to Viva Los Tacos to continue the celebration with drinks, food, and a cozy atmosphere.
