Oakland Planning & Development Corporation (OPDC) will host a Development Activities Meeting in collaboration with the Department of City Planning on Monday, January 12, 2026, for a proposed development in North Oakland.
A building and development permit application has been submitted for the construction of an accessible entry ramp and a rear two-door garage for the existing residence at 108 N Dithridge St.
Residents who may have difficulty accessing the meeting from home are welcome to join in person at 294 Semple Street, where OPDC will facilitate the Zoom broadcast.
