The Oakland Business Improvement District (OBID), and Oakland Planning & Development Corporation (OPDC) are hosting a Development Activities Meeting in collaboration with the Dept. of City Planning.

This months DAM will discuses two projects, the first being a parking lot at 3400 Fifth Ave and the second is outdoor vending at Frazier Park.
