The Oakland Business Improvement District (OBID), and Oakland Planning & Development Corporation (OPDC) are hosting a Development Activities Meeting in collaboration with the Dept. of City Planning.

The University of Pittsburgh is proposing a 400-bed, new construction residence hall for first-year students, located at 4337 Fifth Ave, adjacent to the existing Music Building.
