Oakland’s move-out season is fast approaching, and OPDC is working to turn chaos into opportunity with Reduce, Reuse, Refurnish!

Move-Out: tenants are invited to bring their unwanted kitchenware, decor, books, records and small furniture items to OPDC’s office at 294 Semple St, Mon through Thurs from 9 am - 4 pm., along with Sat, July 18 and July 25, 10 am – 3 pm.

Move-In: tenants and residents are invited to stop by and shop at the Move-In Shop at OPDC’s office on Mon, August 3 and 10, 10 am - 4 pm where donated items will be available at a cheaper, secondhand price with the proceeds going to offset the cost of the two events and storage.
