The Department of City Planning, in cooperation with Oakland Planning and Development Corporation and the Oakland Business Improvement District, is hosting a Development Activities Meeting on Monday, September 14 at 5:30 pm via Zoom. Projects to be discussed include:

3401 Boulevard of the Allies, a mixed-use project by Radnor Property Group, to include multi-family residential over a full-service grocery store. Architects Indovina Associates will present, with input from the University of Pittsburgh.
4154 Bigelow Boulevard, a residential repair project in the Schenley Farms Historic District.
