Learn more about the proposed development at 3597 Cable Place
OPDC facilitated two public meetings in February and March regarding the proposed development of a four-unit building at 3597 Cable Place. In response to community concern about parking, the developers agreed to exempt their tenants from the city’s Residential Permit Parking program. During our testimony at the Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing, OPDC advocated that the zoning board add a condition requiring this concession should they consider approving the set back variance.
