The City of Pittsburgh does not take electronics on trash day. Avoid citations and help the planet by recycling with us on April 28th from 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the Forbes Tower surface lot (located at the corner of Atwood and Sennott Streets, behind Forbes Tower).

Join us at a public meeting on Wednesday, April 18th, to discuss Walnut Capital’s proposed development of 234 McKee Place (Jewish Federation Building). Give input on the developer’s preliminary concepts for the site, and learn from city officials about related potential community improvement funding. OPDC facilitated two public meetings in February and March regarding the proposed development of a four-unit building at 3597 Cable Place. In response to community concern about parking, the developers agreed to exempt their tenants from the city’s Residential Permit Parking program. During our testimony at the Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing, OPDC advocated that the zoning board add a condition requiring this concession should they consider approving the set back variance.
