The City of Pittsburgh’s Department of City Planning is hosting a public meeting alongside OPDC and the Hill District's Registered Community Organization (RCO)—the Hill CDC—to collect further feedback on the University of Pittsburgh's Institutional Master Plan (review the draft plan). 

Bigelow Blvd closes for construction November 1

The Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) and the University of Pittsburgh are working together to redesign the stretch of Bigelow Boulevard between Fifth and Forbes Avenues to improve bike, vehicular, and pedestrian safety.

Bigelow Boulevard, between Fifth and Forbes Avenue, will CLOSE for construction starting November 1, 2019 and will be closed for the duration of the construction project – through August 2020. Stay updated on the project's progress here.
