OPDC is currently redeveloping Allequippa Place and building new construction at 2520 Wadsworth Street to provide more affordable housing options in Oakland. Allequippa Place was one of the first low-income housing tax credit developments in Pennsylvania, and we’re proud to maintain its affordability for years to come. We are now accepting applications for 13 three-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, and 24 one-bedroom units.  For more information about the project, read the press release here.
