The University of Pittsburgh has partnered with Radnor Property Group to intend to build a 260 unit residential building with a grocery store underneath on the former Quality Inn Site, located at 3401 Boulevard of the Allies. The University intends for the site to include a grocery store on the first floor and apartments above it, 10% of which will be affordable.
Status
They have met with the Department of City Planning and will be having a Development Activities Meeting in 2 months.
