Arnelle Jones was one of 17 participants to complete a four-week paid workforce training program through a collaboration, University Talent Alliance (UTA). Through the program, she developed administrative skills that equipped her to transition out of an unsatisfying job and found a support system that helped her address her inadequate housing conditions.
