Trinitas Ventures has submitted a building and development permit application to build a multi-unit residential development (12 floors with 300+ units) at 217-239 Halket St.
Context
This is the first project proposed on Halket Street using the new UC-MU zoning which was approved in 2021. This project will product at least 30 affordable units, in compliance with the Inclusionary Zoning overlay.
Status
Lafayette, Indiana-based Trinitas Ventures is approved to move forward on redeveloping a block-long stretch of Halket Street after the Pittsburgh Planning Commission voted to approve the project at its September 9, 2025, meeting.
