Context
Hudson Companies proposed with their current development, The Parker, located just across the street. Since then the project has started to be referred to as “The Parker@450” despite remaining a distinct project from its sister construction, “The Parker.”
Status
In the final stages of development, with completion expected by the end of September 2026.
